#AskTheExpert dear doctor my nipple is paining. I dont know how to explain but I feel there is a pimple kind of thing on the nipple. it is really painful. what to do? will babies not take feed if the nipples are cracked? I'm worried as my baby is not sleeping properly from last night till now. is it because of my nipples?? please advise. thank u

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom While being a breastfeeding mother it happens and it is quite normal so you should not worry about it at all. You can start using Babyhug nipple shields it will help to keep your nipples protected better than this you can apply coconut oil after every feed and clean your nipples properly before feeding Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
