#AskTheExpert dear doctor. i have pcod and i taken medicine for 3 months and the doctor advised that to follw diet. but my problem is i have irregular periods. kindly plz help

A. U Take a homeopathic treatment for the same because along with dietary alterations if you see that you can reduce on this PCOD issue to quite an extent so I’m going to advise you to consult a nutritionist once and also go ahead with homoeopathic treatment
