#AskTheExpert Dear doctor i am breastfeeding my child and it's almost 16 months..i am scared if my toddler is getting enough calcium..no formula no cow milk till now..But he eat almost every thing and is a happy child with no gut issues till now no constipation or any other illness..kind suggest how should I start cow milk coz he is not talking bottle by any mean.
