#AskTheExpert Dear doctor, GM. My son is 6 months old. Is it suggestible to use walker? If yes, from which month?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Always better to avoid walker But you really want it then start to use it for ur baby after 8-9 months of age It will help. Generally we do not recommed walker bcz it may cause hip dislocation and other problems like accidents. Keep a watch on ur baby while playing ur baby in walker Stay with ur baby only It will help.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning it is not really required to use a Walker for your baby however if you wish to do so I would recommend for you to wait to get a baby s at least not able to stand with support after that you can start using it
