Hello mom no not all a lactating mother is not recommended to take the vaccination till she is feeding the baby , also for immunity building or the kids - give them turmeric milk , jaggery , tulsi water , dry fruits , seasonal fruits and vegetables, dals and legumes , home made kadha in small quantity
