#AskTheExpert dear doctor, after my normal delivery, i have put on so much weight. how i can get back to my normal shape. my baby is 4 month and can I take multivitamins gummies?

A. You can take multivitamins medications and iron and calcium medications also and if you had a vaginal delivery then you can start working out right away but don’t do any portion control as long as you exclusively breast-feed your babyWrite Your Answer Here
