Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
You can give eggs and non veg foods
Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts to baby’s diet.
500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
