Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mother's milk is an ideal food for a child it protects Child from such deadly dieseaes like cancer,tb etc it strengthen child's immunity ,and ideally mother should feed her child atleast 2 years age so please breastfeed your child atleast one year age. please don't rush to wean your child from breastfeeding
