#AskTheExpert copper t how long will it take to adjust. I put yesterday,i have cramps bad ones and there's spotting as well ..I'm 4 months postpartum

It will take around six months to adjust and the spotting can be there for one month...
If spotting is there more than a month then u need to consult your doctor for the same. Take care and all the best
