Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. This may be due to allergies, infections, or weather changes. For a cold, give 5 ml Allegra twice daily to reduce symptoms. Minimize temperature fluctuations, provide nasal saline drops every 3 hours, and offer indirect steam. For fever and pain, use paracetamol. Try home remedies like Tulsi, ginger, honey with water, and turmeric with milk twice daily. Give warm water to drink.
