Ravneet KaurMom of a 6 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Try mamaearth tummy roll on . It helps to reduce constipation, gas and digestive problems. I am using it for my baby . It's effective.

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often
Give adequate water healthy protein diet papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products
Take a good care of your baby
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
