Okay so if you’re already nebulising the child yet not getting desired results and I think it would be a good time for you to massage the chest with warm mustard oil mixed with little bit of carrom seeds and chopped garlic massage very very well on the chest of the child and back of the child and do hot compress that’s going to be quite benefiting
