at this age you can use silicon finger toothbrush along with rice grain amount size kids toothpaste like colgate natural twice daily to maintain proper oral hygiene and prevent tooth decay.

I would suggest to use brush when baby is 2 year old. Till then just wipe the mouth and teeth with clean cotton cloth dipped in water twice thrice in a day.
Use grain size amount of toothpaste. You can use any soft brush dear. There are many available in firstcry shopping section.
