Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Give all home cooked meals. Give 3 solid meals along with 2 snacks. Offer a variety of tastes and textures so that kid gets used to them all. Include atleast one fruit per day. Give one boiled egg per day. Give milk and milk products but not more than 500 ml per day. Give cheese sandwich and peanut butter sandwich. Give pulses like moong Dal, masoor Dal and urad Dal. Give home made paneer pieces or in the form of curry. Give all seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables. Give chickpeas, navy beans and soybeans. Give almond milk, turmeric milk and kesar milk. Give plain nuts to eat such as almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, peanuts and raisins.
