A. hi Include nutritious vegetables especially coloured ones like palak, tomato, capsicum, red yellow bell peppers, pumpkin, carrots Plums. cherry, kiwi, oranges, papaya, for the baby Give fruit smoothies , recipes of many interesting smoothie you can find on internet
