ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. avoid junk. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

as a child is 7 months old,give semisoild food twice or thrice a day.
give Healthy food items like khichdi, Homemade cerelac, Ragi porridge, suji kheer, dal rice, makhana porridge , boiled mashed veggies i.e. potato , sweet potato , carrots , pumpkin ,green peas , and variety of fruits to your child.
