This age the baby can be given semi solids to soft consistency foods , you can as per how well he is accepting them you can gradually increase the quantity and variety of foods . You can give him rice , roti , dal , vegetable soups , fresh fruits , dalia , ragi porridge, Upma C idli , sago , oats etc C egg yolk , fish , dry fruits , panner c curds , ghee
