#AskTheExpert can you give me nutrition plan for my 4 yr old she is quite a fussy eater so it gets very confusing and tiring to feed her.

A. hi mom the best plan to stop force feeding and avoid calling him for food let the baby be little hungry before meals and at that time give one pot meals
