A. Heloo mam - new born should be exclusively breastfed till 6 month of age n nothing should be given But if in some cases where breastfeeding is not possible or the child is weak then formula milk is given but weaning should be stated after 6 months only For weaning the child should be able to hold the neck properly and should be able to sit so it’s better to start after 6 months only
