Oh Yes sure why not pineapple is supposed to be one of the most healthy foods that we know of course you can be giving it to the child from the very beginning also when you introduced you should try to give more of water so try to give papaya also to your child because when child starts with semisolid sometimes they have constipation because I do not have good amount of liquids so pineapple and papaya going to help in that specially papaya
