A. Yes a pinch can ge given to improve digestion and exclusively breast feed your baby till six months and later start giving liquids and semi solid foods as mothers milk is the complete food for the vaby

A. Nutmeg (jaiphal) can be added to a baby's diet as soon as the mother plans on introducing solid food to the baby ie, around 6 months
