Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. hello mum yes phani can be given to a baby after 6 months but it all depends on it is not able to your baby or not if it suits you are baby please give Honey to your baby otherwise is top it and give it only after 1 year
