#AskTheExpert can we give honey & cow's milk to 6 month old baby??? If beginning to give semisolid foods ,is it good to use mixer grinder or just hand masher for baby food??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, honey should not be given before 1 year. breast milk should be the primary source of milk for baby until 1 year. you can give cow milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.
you can even use mixer / grinder wherever required to mash your baby's food.
