A. dear mum, honey should not be given before 1 year. breast milk should be the primary source of milk for baby until 1 year. you can give cow milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer. you can even use mixer / grinder wherever required to mash your baby's food.
