#AskTheExpert can we give cow's milk to babies under 1 year. my son is 7.5 months old. usually we give idly using cow milk.

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. do your mother there is no harm introducing cow milk 6 month onwards to your baby cow milk is a rich source of healthy nutrients and it is the lighter to digest initially you can start by adding boiled water in it to make it more diluted definitely cow milk is a better option than formula Milk or buffalo milk
