ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. it is always advisable to get delivered at 39 weeks of pregnancy as it is the safest period and waiting more than this may sometimes lead to complications like baby may pass meconium which is very risky

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi what? you mean to say delivery after 40 weeks? if yes then it is normal because pregnancy can lasts upto 42 weeks too so just take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist and do as per his or her suggestions only
