NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello yes beet root is absolutely fine and safe to be given on a daily basis but can be boring when given on a daily basis so try to plan it accordingly and also make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet which cab help in the growth of your child and safe too
