Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Till then, mother's milk is enough to take care of water and all other nutritional requirements of baby's body. Once the baby completes 6 months, you can start offering one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually.
