Q.

#asktheexpert can we feed the baby waking her from the middle of sleep if she is sleeping for longer time more than 2 hrs continuously or we should allow her to sleep and only feed when she is awaken.

A. Hello mom if the baby is sleeping peacefully and showing no signs of discomfort as such not an issue let her sleep and avoid to wake him up to be fed
