You can feed vegetable khichdi, chapati with paneer gravy, oats, dalia, oats with nuts, chicken soup, boiled eggs, omelette, mixed vegetable soup, legumes, cereals, chicken and fish curry with rice, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, chapati with vegetables, fresh cut fruits, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, milkshakes with dry fruits, curd, buttermilk, coconut water and 500-600 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
