#AskTheExpert can I take fungal infection medicine if I breastfeeding my baby.

A. can you tell the name of the antifungal medication that you are going to use and also write what are the ingredients in it if possible because of you antifungal drugs may not be advisable when you are breastfeeding

A. hi yes you can take it but only after consulting with your gynecologist. because some medicine and it's content can affect your breastmilk supply and so your child. so please avoid self medication.
