#AskTheExpert can I start cow milk or packet milk for my baby as he is 11 month 15 days old now and if i can start then is it necessary to mix water in milk.

A. you may start after 1 year.. although you can give now after adding equal water in cow milk. Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
