#AskTheExpert. can I start cow milk from 5th months fir my baby boy. as my wife is working women. can yo suggest proper diet for baby of 5 months. what can I make him eat and quantity.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear exclusive breastfeeding or formula feeding is advisable for the initial 6 months of age start cow milk only once the child complete one year and do not give anything not even water before 6 months of age to the baby
