#asktheexpert Can I introduce curd to my 7 month old ...?? I am not sure about the lactose intolerance so didn't introduce yet ..??

there is no problem u can intriduce curd to ur baby
loctose is not present in curd infact lactose intolerant are also able to have
introdoce any new food in little quantity first
