Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning !! As baby is seven months old feed semi solids twice a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
Fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes- mashed banana, steamed potato, carrot, apple, papaya/chikoo puriee,dal kichdi, home made cerelac,oats, Dalia, sooji porridge, kheer, rice porridge (semi solid).
Feeding rice directly with green leafy vegetables or dal might cause digestion problem.
