#asktheexpert can I give normal horlicks to my 20 month old baby because he does not drink plane milk at all & I can't continue breastfeeding because I am pregnant & I also does find junior horlicks so I can give him normal one

Yes you can give horlicks but instead of giving health drinks give dry fruits and nuts powder mix, almonds mix ,dates syrup or dates powder with plain milk. As dry fruits and nuts rich in calcium, protein and other minerals helps in weight gain,bones strength, immunity power... Dry roast nuts and grind into powder add rock sugar powder or dates powder for sweetness, store in air tight container.
