POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Yes, you can give non vegetarian food like eggs, chicken and fish to the baby from 8th month onwards. These are rich source of proteins, calcium, omega 3 fatty acids and other essential nutrients and feeding them regularly will help in mental and physical development of the baby.
