#AskTheExpert can I give my one year old baby curd made out of local cow, I mean non pasteurized milk . i heat milk i before using

A. yes can give.. no worries. Curd are rich in nutrients, calcium, protien, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin,carbohydrates.. It is excellent probiotics, It isceasy to digest, improve immunity, sleep, helps digestion, strength bones.

A. Hello dear I would suggest you to give good and healthy diet to eat. If you feel that the cow’s milk was not healthy as per you then better not give milk or curd made out of it to your baby. Good luck and take care.
