#asktheexpert can I give my baby paneer ? she is eating every vegetables and fruits and eggs also. she is 9 month old.

A. Hi parent fresh paneer in small quantity can be given But start with very less quantity of it. If she's comfortable with it , she can be given more. Take sunbath daily Take care Keep asking
