#asktheexpert can I give health supplements powder in milk, My baby is very weak, he is 1.6 year old and his weight is 7.5 kg.

A. All these supplements are not very good to be given so if you want to actually can give dry fruit powder to the child that’s healthy that is something that you can make fresh at home no sugar is there so all in all it is very healthy option to be given to the child
