Divya DiwakerMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello mam U can give egg to your child daily but excess of anything is bad and even the child can get bored 3 to 4 times a week egg can be given Also include paneer, soya, sprouts, oats in the diet as they are also good source of protein like egg
