sorry as I don't have any idea regarding this particular Medicine
but yes ,if you want to give it for curing cold and cough ,I would suggest some remedies instead of it :
give mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day
give Luke warm water to drink
you can give Turmeric milk atleast once in a day
give indirect steam inhalation
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child
