ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, please avoid these proprietary health drinks. It’s not advisable and doesn’t do any good in the long run. Instead of that you can give banana dates milkshake and can add 1/2 teaspoon of pure cocoa powder to it.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. It is not recommended to add any kind of health supplement in baby's diet till atleast 2 years. These contain artificial sugar which is not good for still emerging teeth and bones. Instead of it, mix powdered dry fruits or fruit puree to enhance tge taste and nutrition.
