ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom now is the ideal age to introduce the baby to eggs you can give only the yellow part that is the yolk and avoid egg white for now .. whole eggs can only be given from the age of one year onwards.
Avoid very high spicy and packaged and ready to eat mixes for him , prefer only home cooked fresh foods and natural foods such as seasonal fruits and vegetable, dry fruits and nuts etc
