You can make the following meals for your baby Rice/wheat/millet porridge, Tomato/vegetable khichdi, Finger foods like vegetable sticks etc, Dosa/Pancake/Cheela/Chapati. Ensure to make it little coarse and not full pureed form. you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.mostly
