A. hard stools is a common and due to the digestion process of baby. For immediate relief  if pain and  is crying due to hard stools u hav to use glycerin suppository. Long term best way to rectify constipation is diet change. U shud give fibre rich fruits/pulpy fruits like mango apple puree pear  n green leafy vegetables palak brocolli etc. Give fruits mix in milk as shakes

A. Hi mom You can give dissolving one grain In water or mothers milk Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation It will correct soon
