A. don't, no need to give.. because honey can, very occasionally, contain a spore of a bacterium called clostridium botulinum. This can cause a rare form of food poisoning (botulism) in little babies.tx

A. no dear at the age of 4months not recommended to honey should be introduced to baby after baby complete one year of age it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
