#AskTheExpert can i continue to give breastmilk for my daughter..now she is turning 2 years old

A. Now you can start weaning as after 2 years, it is fine to include cow milk in baby's diet. If baby does not accept it immediately, you can mix breastmilk with it and then feed. It will help her in developing a taste. Once she is fine start with pure cow milk and if required, dilute with water.
