#asktheexpert Can I breastfeed my child beyond 6 months? Will that provide required nutrition to my child? Is starting semi solid at 6 months is mandatory?

A. Hi mom Yes, u can continue to breast feed ur baby till two years as long as u and ur baby are comfortable. Yes, once ur baby completes six months then u need to start with the semi solids as the baby is growing, so only milk will not be sufficient.
