Q.

#AskTheExpert can a 7 month old baby eat normal dal rice which we make at home? or is it ok to give him cows milk with chapatis dipped in it? can he try new food everyday or I have to give same food for 1 month?

A. hello mom give light dals and overcooked mash rice mash khcihri to the child also include new food one by one and include stewed apple banana chickoo mash potato sweet potato avocado...continue breastfeeding the baby
