Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi as you are getting it on daily basis, I would suggest to opt for Homeopathic treatment for this at home, avoid taking processed oily spicy food avoid taking stress chew mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning go for walk daily
